Customs and import taxes
Orders delivered to North Macedonia leave the customs territory of the European Union and are taxed on arrival under local regulations — customs duties, import VAT and, depending on the carrier, handling or customs presentation fees. These sums are included neither in the price of the products nor in the delivery charges you pay on the store. They are payable by the recipient and are generally claimed by the carrier before the parcel is handed over.

If your package is already on its way
First receive it, then write to us via this chat or via the Contact form. We will send you a return form to include with the product. It must reach us unopened, in its intact original packaging.

Return conditions
Return costs are your responsibility and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference.
